A 30 minute conversation about the home.

We plan 2 hours for the consultation which ends with a staging report that includes everything to be done to get the home the best price and a quicker sale! We follow an 8-step process in each room that ensures maximum return on investment (ROI) for every staging dollar spent. 

Our process begins with researching your competition. Then we come to your home and follow the detailed Staging Report from the consultation. We will spend four hours helping you stage your home. You won’t believe the difference a few hours make just using what you already own and have purchased!

We begin with the main living areas then move to the main bedroom. 

If time permits, we will move on to the smaller areas of your home.

Following the detailed Staging Report from the consultation, we will spend up to seven hours helping you stage your home. This will allow us to stage each room in your home and includes reference photos so you can remember how we staged everything. These photos are especially helpful to refer to before a showing or open house.

This service takes all the stress out of staging and is a perfect choice to make a great first impression and entice those buyers!

We’ll spend 12 hours over the weekend transforming your house. Once we have staged your home with your belongings, we will do a two hour shopping trip for the last extras to put you over the top. A budget for these extras will be decided together. 

After the weekend is complete, you will receive reference photos so you can remember how we staged everything.

We’ll create a budget together and discuss your style for your next home. This will allow us to shop for items you will want in the future. These items will serve as an investment in the sale of your current house and get you started in designing your next home.

Having great photos for your listing will improve your chance of selling your house for more money and more quickly. 90% of home buyers shop homes online before deciding if they want to see the home. Your best tool after staging is great photography. We will come to your home after its been staged and take those beautiful photos for your MLS listing and the Realtor’s marketing materials.
